Natrium Capital Limited is delighted to announce it has acted as the sole financial advisor to Syensqo SA (“Syensqo”) on its investment in Argylium, a new company dedicated to developing and scaling-up commercial demonstration of advanced materials for solid-state batteries in Europe. Argylium will play a leading role in unlocking Europe’s innovation in the creation and production of the next generation of batteries.
Argylium will focus on accelerating the industrialisation of next-generation Sulfide Solid Electrolyte materials to the next-generation All-Solid-State Batteries (“ASSB”). The replacement of liquid electrolytes with solid materials offers improved safety, higher energy density, and the potential for fast charging for applications ranging from electric vehicles to energy storage systems.
